With the majority of travel restrictions now lifted, people are starting to holiday overseas again. If you are travelling, there are certain requirements for vaccination and possible health risks when visiting some parts of the world.

It is a good idea to book a travel consultation at least six weeks before departing. We will go over your itinerary with you and advise of any vaccinations or medications that are required or recommended.

Due to wait times for appointments, please complete the Pre-Travel Medical and Health Questionnaire below and send it back to us as soon as possible.

Planning well ahead will ensure that we are able to get everything in place prior to your departure, as some vaccines are in short supply.

Please note: If you require Yellow Fever Vaccinations, we are unable to do these. Please visit one of the other clinics that can provide these for you: Authorised Yellow Fever Vaccination Centres
