If I register with the Patient Portal Well, what happens to my data? Nothing.

Even though we are no longer using ManageMyHealth, your data remains available to you, and your account is not automatically closed

Why is your account not closed?

  • It is your account, not a Broadway Account

  • It may include information you’ve added yourself (under Health Documents)

  • More than one healthcare provider (your previous practice also used MMH)

What if I want to stop ManageMyHealth?

  • You will need to request to close your account, or 

  • Provide consent if asked 

What if I no longer use MMH?

  • You may still receive occasional reminders that your account exists 

  • If your account is not used for 12 months, ManageMyHealth will contact you, and if it remains inactive, close and delete the account automatically

If I close my MMH account, do I lose my medical records?

Your medical records are safe. Closing your ManageMyHealth account: 

  • Does not delete your medical records

  • Your records continue to be securely held by your GP and other healthcare providers
