Key Responsibilities
Schedule appointments for new patients.
Assist with health assessments and routine tests
Act as a chaperone and accompany registered health professionals during home visits.
Prepare for, assist during, and clean up after minor surgery.
Ensure equipment is available, clean, and sterilised.
Keep medical supplies accessible and maintain stock levels.
Follow cold chain principles, including daily monitoring and resolving any issues.
Support front desk services.

Applicants require a Level 3 qualification or higher.
Relevant experience is preferred, but we offer training for strong candidates.

The Role
This patient-facing role is essential in ensuring patients feel cared for by the team and supports the broader clinical and administrative teams. We are looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused individual who is available Monday to Wednesday from 8:30 am to 3:00pm, 18 hours per week.
