Key Responsibilities  

  • Schedule appointments for new patients. 

  • Assist with health assessments and routine tests  

  • Act as a chaperone and accompany registered health professionals during home visits. 

  • Prepare for, assist during, and clean up after minor surgery. 

  • Ensure equipment is available, clean, and sterilised. 

  • Keep medical supplies accessible and maintain stock levels. 

  • Follow cold chain principles, including daily monitoring and resolving any issues. 

  • Support front desk services.

  • Maintains high levels of confidentiality. 

  • Applicants require a Level 3 qualification or higher. 

  • Relevant experience is preferred, but we offer training for strong candidates.

The Role 

This patient-facing role is essential in ensuring patients feel cared for by the team and supports the broader clinical and administrative teams. We are looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused individual who is available Monday to Wednesday from 8:30 am to 3:00pm, 18 hours per week.
